Tropical Fruit with hibiscus sorbet
50
gr diced melon
50 gr diced pineapple
50 gr diced papaya
30 gr strawberries
30 gr star fruit
40 oz hibiscus sorbet
8 oz syrup
Syrup
3
cups of Mirin liquor (Japanese liquor made with
rice plant root)
2 cups of water
½ cup sugar syrup
20 gr cinnamon
5 gr clove
10 gr aniseed
Simmer
the ingredients for 15 minutes.
Place
the fruit in a Martini Glass, add the syrup and
topped with the hibiscus sorbet. Decorate with
strawberries and star fruit.
